What a delightful experience! The service was exceptional, especially from the helpful staff at check-in and the cheerful atmosphere. The variety of dining options, especially at Martha’s Market, was a treat. I left feeling pampered and ready to return. I won’t forget the warm smiles and dedication of every team member. Truly unforgettable!

great vibes but some issues

The ambiance was upscale and truly relaxing, making it easy to unwind. The staff was friendly and resourceful, always ready to help. Delicious food options impressed my tastebuds, especially at the speciality restaurants.

I wish the property had more pools.

We had a fantastic time exploring the beach activities and trying out the diving lessons offered on-site. The staff was super friendly, and my kids loved the water sports. Our Junior Suite Pool View was spacious with a beautiful overlook, perfect for family relaxation.

In my wife’s opinion, the snack options for kids were limited and could use more variety.

an unforgettable family escape with exceptional staff that made us feel like royalty

Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food!

This place is gorgeous and well-kept, and I loved how I could enjoy late-night snacks after a fun night at the nightclub with my family! The pools were fantastic for relaxation, and we also enjoyed the beautiful spa treatments available. 😊

The swim-up junior suite was fantastic—just a few steps to jump in the water! Staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The lazy river was a blast for our family!

The beach was a seaweed festival. we definitely didn’t pack our seaweed swimsuits. Also, we nearly opened a door to the wrong room at midnight—how's that for some nighttime excitement?

Potential with Room for Improvement

Our family stay offered some enjoyable moments, especially at Sakura, where the sushi delighted the kids. The garden view suite was lovely, but some areas felt dated. Prioritize early check-in to avoid a long wait. Overall, it offers relaxation but has substantial room for enhancement.

The Ocean Coral Spring Resort offers a vast property with a variety of amenities that cater to business travellers. The staff provided exceptional assistance in setting up my presentation equipment and made my stay comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast featured freshly prepared options, including organic juices and a selection of baked goods, which I found quite fulfilling.

Initial room cleanliness issues.

The check-in process took too long. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for my reservation to be found. It felt embarrassing while recording the entrance. We didn’t even get a welcome drink, even after asking about it. The morning staff lacked experience, and the food at the lunch buffet was dry. Waiting over an hour for dinner reservations was frustrating. However, the waterpark and bowling alley were fun. The rooms looked modern and were clean, which I appreciated. Raquel in the Italian restaurant really stood out with her excellent service, accommodating my dietary needs. Overall, the stay had ups and downs, mainly related to initial service quality and food options.
